Hi I am Alexandria Guerrero, a United States military personnel I would like to discuss something vital with you. you can write to me via my email, twoisone44@gmail.com Regards Alexandria
The Board voted to hold the meetings in 2014 on Saturdays given that two are located out of the Phoenix region which will support travel time issues as well as trying to maximize the number of attendees due to the constraints of work issues for a majority of the members noted with the the Mon-Fri work week.
There are issues regardless of the day or time of the week chosen. Over the last few years the meetings have varied on the days and times, with challenges in participants to be able to attend. By giving out the calendar for the entire year, the idea is that the members can put the dates on their calendars in advance.
I was just talking with Laura from NAU and she would like to host a meeting in August too and it is the best time for them to host due to weather (limit people having to drive in snow). What do you think about hosting next spring instead of August? Like March??
I was thinking a meeting some time after the day conference. Does a day work in August 2012? You would need to have projector and internet abilities for the meeting. Thanks for looking into it!
I am so glad you were able to join for the last AZ Sim Network meeting and I hope to see you at the next one! I hope your NICU scenarios are coming together nicely!

The only Saturday meetings the organization has had is the annual educational conference which has traditionally had the largest attendance.
