I have worked as a Simulation Nurse for the College of Nursing for a year and a half. I have a passion for simulation and advocate for incorporating the standards of best practice in our simulation lab. I have created operator guides, served our students as a facilitator in over 40 simulations across three nursing programs, and aspire to continue my education and attain my CHSE in the next few years.
