Please share your experience with simulation

Use simulation as a learning tool for the nursing courses I teach: Medical-Surgical Nursing and Complex Care. Function as the scholar in these simulations as well as limited experience in prepping, debriefing and running the simulator. Goal is to become more proficient in the future running simulations.
