Please share your experience with simulation: I have been involved actively in simulation for more than five years. I taught staff nurses and nurse anesthesia students at Tripler Army Medical Center and student registered nurse anesthetists at Midwestern University since 2007. I received a leadership in simulation instruction and management certificate from Robert Morris University. Recently, presented an abstract entitled" Outcome of a quality-improvement project to test an objective structured assessment technical skills tool: A pilot study at the International meeting of Simulation in Healthcare (IMSH) - January 2016. Also, manuscript entitled "Testing an objective structured assessment technical skills tool: A pilot study" was accepted for publication in the Journal of Nursing Education and Practice" - December 2015
