Recognized as a leader in simulation education by the American College of Chest Physicians (ACCP/CHEST) and certified by the 
Society for Simulation in Healthcare (SSH).

Founding member and International Board member of SimGHOSTS; contributing member of the CHSOS development board.

**Favorite nuggets of sim wisdom:
-Simulation is not a part-time job!
-Simulation is not for Tricking, Testing, or Training. Tricking isn't fair and sets unrealistic expectations. "Testing" puts undue pressure on participants, even if we're actually evaluating them. And no one likes "training"!
-Adapt, improvise, and overcome!
