Please share your experience with simulation: I have been dedicated to nursing education at Grand Canyon University since 2017, and started working full-time in simulation in 2019 to enhance student learning through hands-on, high-fidelity experiences. Committed to excellence in simulation-based education, I earned both the Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE) and Certified Nurse Educator – Clinical (CNEcl) certifications, demonstrating my expertise in simulation pedagogy and clinical instruction. In 2023, I was honored to be promoted to Director of Immersive Simulation, where I lead strategic initiatives to advance simulation integration, faculty development, and student engagement across our nursing programs.
