Please share your experience with simulation: I was the Clinical lab director at GCU from 2007-2009 and was a key part of establishing the Simulation program at GCU. I then transitioned to the classroom where I used simulation for clinical hours, remediation, make-up clinical hours, etc. I have had experience with developing simulation, adjusting pre-prepared simulations from CAE (formerly METI), NLN, and Evolve/Elsevier to meet curricular needs. I have briefed, debriefed, orientation students and faculty to simulation and been a champion for simulation.

Pocket Nurse, MMS, Laerdal, whoever. The District also has strict vendor policies--which can drive you crazy, especially on one-time order small items or big capital items with limited vendors.
