Would anyone be willing to share their template they use to write scenarios and or an example of one of your scenarios for med/surg

Hi Mary,

Our template is on our website so anyone can submit a scenario.  It comes across pretty jumbled and not so user friendly, so I'm working on building us a new template as well.  Here is our site incase it gives you ideas.
