Length of time for saving simulation recordings

I would like to the pick the collective minds of AZ Sim Network to find out if you are saving video footage of your simulations. If you are, how long have you decided to keep these files and why?

In general:Dump on completion of program! Exceptions: if used for testing, whatever time frame the state/accrediting agencies require us to keep for graded records. ( I think it is 3 years after program completion, but I have not looked it up in a while.)

We are not saving our video recordings due to legal liability. But then again we do not have student so the legal liability is probably very different.
