Anybody willing to share a SIM having anything to do with Breathing difficulties

Hi All,

I am looking for a COPD or emphysema simulation. I have an asthma sim written that involves SIM man and the use of an SP talking for SIM from the control room. What I am looking for is a simulation where the standardized patient is actually the focus of the medical attention. I realize it is difficult for SPs to mimic breathing problems but am curious if any of you have something along these lines?

FYI: I have a great epilepsy simulation that our SPs have acted twice now with great results. If anybody is interested I would be more than happy to share with you.

Do you sue Laerdal Sim Man? I can e-mail to you the COPD, and Asthma scenarios that I had design and used.
