you know we have a simman but we used an opsite and placed the gooey mess on top of that, and then placed a gauze on top covered with another opsite.... This protected the sheet and the manikin!!!

We have found that opsite works the best. The only problem (as well as with other adhesives) is the sticky residue left over. We clean with WD-40 (yes, WD-40 and it doesn't damage the ECS skin) then follow up with a citrus based cleaner to clean up the WD-40.

You can create wounds on a extra neck skin and velcro them on.
These are also good to put tattoos on if you would like to give your simulator a tattoo.
Simulaids sells a kit of wounds that all velcro on.
